It’s All About Kesi

Kesi on ground  This is Kesi my adopted orangutan.  Isn’t she cute?

I have loved orangutans since I saw my first one years ago.

Now, I have a chance to help save these gentle and loving creatures.

I will be providing you with lots of information about orangutans and places to find even more information.

But most importantly I will tell you about Kesi the orangutan I adopted and how to adopt one yourself.  And, you don’t even have to clean up after them!

In the future I hope to adopt more orangutans and do my part in saving them and their habitat.

  1. I just received a adoption certificate for Kesi today for my Birthday from my husband! I love her and wish I could hold her or at least see her in person. I almost cried when i read about her life!
I have always loved animals and wanted to help and this is one way that we can!

  2. Hi there,
I have met Kesi in july 2006 in the forest behind the rescue center. She was playing with the other babies of her baby group. Although she misses her left hand Kesi was climbing higher than all her other friends. Lets hope that we can give her a bright future. If you want to see a photo of Kesi go to flickr.com to “jeankern” search for the group “Borneo”and you will find Kesi.
Thanks for adopting her and spreading the word.
